- Agency fee cost 3% + VAT on the value of the sale of the property with a fixed amount of € 2440 including VAT on the value of the sale of less than € 70,000
- Revenue Agency expenses for registration preliminary contract starting from € 132 + 0.5% on check as a deposit / or / 3% on the check as guarantee or deposit.
